Regulatory Approval
Type Approval in Swaziland
The official name of the Kingdom of Swaziland was changed to the Kingdom of Eswatini, or Eswatini, in April 2018.
Eswatini Communications Commission (ESCCOM) verifies that telecommunications equipment meets the necessary technical standards and regulations before it can be sold or used within the country, essentially ensuring the equipment's safety and compliance with radio frequency spectrum usage rules; this process requires submitting test reports and other documentation to ESCCOM for approval before market access is granted.

1 sample setup for conducted testing required for in country testing, including all cables, adapters, software, etc. to put the equipment into test modes.

Eswatini ESCCOM label requirements:
There are no specific label requirements for Libya, however they ask you have the CE Mark on your products.
Frequencies allowed in Swaziland
900 MHz is allowed in Eswatini, with mobile operators like MTN Swaziland having licenses to operate GSM networks within the 900 MHz band.
