Regulatory Updates for Curacao
June 2024

It is a pleasure to announce the rebranding from Bureau Telecommunicatie en Post (BT&P) to the Regulatory Authority of Curaçao (RAC).
“Since its inception, the BT&P has been at the forefront of regulation in Curaçao. Over the years, our mandate has expanded from two sectors to multiple sectors, a testament to the trust placed in us by the Curaçao community. Our growing international presence and evolving responsibilities called for a name that truly reflects the breadth of our work. Thus, we have rebranded as the Regulatory Authority of Curaçao.
