Type Approval in Liberia

The Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) approval refers to the formal authorization granted by the LTA to telecommunications companies and service providers to operate, offer services, or deploy infrastructure in Liberia. The LTA is responsible for regulating and overseeing the telecommunications industry in Liberia, ensuring that companies comply with national laws, regulations, and standards for communication services.

  • Certificate is valid indefinitely.

There are no specific label requirements in Liberia, however they suggest using CE Mark label guidelines.

900 MHz is allowed in Liberia and is actively used by mobile network operators like Orange Liberia to provide network coverage, particularly in rural areas.
